LIFT-TEX® Industrie b.v. is a leading & innovative Heavy Lift HMPE sling manufacturer such as round slings, webbing slings, protections and lashing sytems. The Netherlands based factory produces Heavy Lift roundslings upto WLL 500T or MBL 2500T (straight pull), MBL 5000T (basket lift) tested by DNV Certification organisation.
Our products are available for payloads from 500kg up to 500 tons safe working loads in lengths ranging from 0,5Meters to 65 Meters. In order to achieve this LIFT-TEX® uses modern equipment and both traditional raw materials as well as HMPE or UHMWPE high performance materials, such as Dyneema®, the world’s strongest fiber™.
Roundslings and protective covers made with Dyneema® are marketed under the registered brandname EXTREEMA®, based on a new innovative patent pending technology. The EXTREEMA® HMPE slings are used for manufacturing, transportation and installation of big modules, renewables, oil riggs, FPSO’s, nuclear lifting projects and the automotive industry.
With over 40 years company history our clients (distributors) can be found in many countries (23) worldwide, both on–shore and off-shore dedicated to Heavy Lift projects. Apart from the afore mentioned products LIFT-TEX® services the oil&gas industry with choker belts and pipeline lowering-in-belts in Europe and the Middle East.
Extremely large production facilities ensure that tailer made slings can be manufactured with extremely short leadtimes to be shipped around the world. Stringent quality control, high flexibility in production, well trained,skilled and experienced staff, research & innovation are just a few of the LIFT-TEX’s key values.
LIFT-TEX® is an ISO 9001-2008 certified company by DNV/GL with our own Quality and Research department. All slings are manufactured acc. to CE Standard and proof –and breakload tested with a regular frequency.
